Lance has been project managing and designing Web sites since 2000. Together Kiran and Lance have created numerous interesting and quality Web sites for clients across the globe. When he is not behind the computer...Lance's other talents: he is award-winning filmmaker, his film "Everest: A Climb for Peace" is currently nationwide on PBS; he is a motivational speaker, photographer, author, musician, and father! He lives in Beaverton, Oregon with his wife Tikky, son Kaden, and dog Joey.

Kiran Awal
Kiran is an award winning web designer and has literally designed hundreds of Web sites over the last 12 years. He has worked with Lance designing and creating sites for the last 8 years. Kiran is PHP and Zend Certified. When he is not designing and coding...he is designing and coding!

Saran Awal
Saran, has been designing and coding Web sites with his brother Kiran for the last 7 years. Fluent with all Adobe CS5 products, he is also an expert at PHP and CSS coding. He loves working with flash, and CMS platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, and Wordpress. He is currently working on his Masters Degree.
